Property's Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Wanna cancel? Here are few things you should know before cancellation:
Reservation cancelled 15 days prior to check-in date will incur a 40% cancellation charge.
* Reservation cancelled 8-14 days or prior to check-in date will incur a 60% cancellation charge.
* Reservation cancelled 7 days or prior to check-in date will incur 100% cancellation charge.
* No date changed or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations with 7 days of the scheduled check-in date,
* No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any stays during the Navratri ( 10th October – 18th October), Diwali (3rd November – 11th November ), Christmas (22nd December – 25th December) and New Years (26th December -1 January) periods.

Photo ID is mandatory on check-in.
With prior permission, you can bring your Furry Friends along. Charges are Rs. 1000/- per pet
Driver charges are 1000/- per night inclusive of Food & Stay
The bedrooms are air-conditioned with their own private bath.
Full charges apply for children above 7 years of age.
100% advance must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or your booking will be cancelled automatically and there will be no refund on any advance paid.
Breakfast – 9AM- 10.30 AM
Late Check-out at no additional cost (strictly on availability until 11:30 am.)
Beyond 11:30 am will be chargeable @ Rs. 2,000/- per hour up to 5:00 pm maximum. (Beyond which half day charges will be levied).
Security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- will be charged for per stay at check-in for guests who book the entire property. This will be refunded on check-out incase there is no damage to property and all the bills and accounts are settled.
NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or enclosed areas.
Smoking is permitted in all open areas, terraces and balconies only.
Strictly NO eating inside the pool and any bedrooms or bathrooms.
Please keep all valuables safe and secured. Management is not responsible for any theft.
No firecrackers or color inside the villa is allowed or in the complex.
Strictly NO Drugs or any illegal substance allowed in or around the villa. Guests will be reported to the local police station and will be asked to vacate the villa immediately without any refunds.
Any damage to property intentionally or unintentionally will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit.
The final room rate will be as determined by the resort for the period of the stay, at the time of booking.
If the guests need early Check-In or late check out, it must be upon written approval of the Reservation Team. Day-use stay and half day room service is not available.
Yuyiii's Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Yuyiii understands that sometimes Life has other plans. Do not worry! For any Rescheduling/Cancellation, we are always here to help you with a minimum charge of 500/-
For Confirmed Booking during Blackout dates/Festive period/Long weekend, cancellation is not possible.
Please note Yuyiii's policies are over and above and irrespective of the Property's Policies
Pet Policy
The Property is Pet Friendly however they will be charged per night Rs 2240 with food, Rs 1680 without food.
Property Rules and Regulations
Please note that this is farm stay. There are animals, insects and bugs in the area. Though the property is kept very clean but guests must carry mosquito repellent etc.
Also there is fluctuation of power in this area though there is a generator back up.
Do not use glass near the pool area; you can request the staff for plastic glasses. Dogs and Pets not allowed inside the pool area.
The property has have full-generator back up but it takes 5-10 minutes to switch it on manually, so don’t panic if the lights go out, it is common in this area.
Please switch off lights, geysers and air-conditioning if you are leaving your room. The property takes a lot time and energy to maintain and it would greatly appreciated if you can help
This is an area with water scarcity please help converse water by using water efficiently during your stay here.
The Verandah area and Hall with Television Set (all situated at the Main villa) are common for all guests staying on the property. Guests are requested to cooperate with each other.
Please switch off the lights in the verandah of the main villa before going to bed
All breakages and damages will be billed, and late check out is chargeable.
Guests are free to get their own alcohol, as long as they have a permit. No corkage charged. Non veg food is allowed.
All bathrooms are equipped with hot water boilers, please switch on the boiler at least 15 mins prior to your shower & please do not forget to switch off the boiler after your shower.
Please don’t create nuisance caused due to loud music.
Please strive to preserve the cleanliness of the property. Holi colors are not allowed in the property.
The staff will not be available post 11 PM at night for any services.
