Property's Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 2 days prior to the arrival, before 1500 hrs and all no shows will be charged full retention post that.
For Villa properties cancellation has to be made minimum 7 days before arrival unless specified and agreed
separately at the time of booking.
Cancellation: The Company shall notify the Hotel in writing of any cancellation prior to the “minimum notice” dates.
In the event of notification by the Company after such date, 100% cancellation charge will apply.
In the event of a non-arrival (no-show) on the scheduled date, the travel agent shall be held responsible for payment
computed as the equivalent for the full length of stay during the Peak Period

Check in time: Standard check in (1400 hrs) / check out (1100 hrs) time
Early check-in: for all FIT’s is subject to the following charges and subject to availability at the respective hotels:
For a confirmed check in prior to 0600 hrs, we will be levy 100% of the applicable room rate.
For a confirmed check in between 0600-0900 hrs, we will be levy 50% of the applicable room rate.
For check in between 0900-1200 hrs, we may provide the room at no charge, subject to availability at the
hotel.
Late check-out: for all FIT’s is subject to the following charges and subject to availability at the respective hotels:
Between 1200-1400 hrs. subject to no-charge if available and prior consent from Hotel Manager is taken, or
else will levy a 25% of the applicable room rate.
Between 1400-1800 hrs. 50% of the applicable room rate.
Between 1800 hrs. 100% of the applicable room rate.
