Property's Cancellation Policy
No refund will be entertained after check in or on the date of the booking given any circumstances.
In case of No Show, the entire amount will be charged as retention
Any cancellation/amendment made within 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the full amount will be forfeited.
Any cancellation/amendment made within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be forfeited.
Any cancellation/amendment made before 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 15% of the amount paid will be forfeited OR Only one postponement for the same number of rooms & days, upto 3 months from original booking date.
In this case 10% of the amount paid will be forfeited and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.

Yuyiii's Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Yuyiii understands that sometimes Life has other plans. Do not worry! For any Rescheduling/Cancellation, we are always here to help you with a minimum charge of 500/-
All Booking/Rescheduling/Refund Policies are completely dependent on the Property's respective policy. If the property cannot refund or cancel the reservation, we will not be able to help with refund/cancellation too
For Confirmed Booking during Blackout dates/Festive period/Long weekend, cancellation is not possible.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Alcohol Policy
No hard liquor is allowed in public area, as the Holiday Home is a family area of relaxation & we would like to maintain an atmosphere of peace & tranquility. The guest can carry their own Alcohol and can be consumed inside the rooms as the property does not serve alcohol.
Rules and Regulations at the Stay
No loud music is allowed within and outside premises.
Bills must be settled on presentation. Cheques are not accepted.
All persons visiting the Holiday home will be required to carry valid identification such as PAN card or Driving License.
Guests should use dustbins provided in the rooms and premises to avoid littering.
Pets are not allowed in the Holiday Home.
Guests are requested not to pluck any fruits, flowers, vegetables and plants grown in the premises of Holiday Home. Also not to damage the crops of other farmers in the farms nearby.
Holiday Home is located in the natural surroundings. There is a possibility of wild life, insects, lizards, etc. to stray in premises. Guests are requested to take proper care. Management is not responsible for any nuisance caused by these creatures.
Guests are expected to take care of their belongings. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of belongings not entrusted to them.
Management reserves itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Holiday Home.
Guests are requested to observe Government Rules & Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
